Return & Exchange Policy

  • You can open the package and try the items while the delivery agent is present.

Return & Exchange with the Delivery Agent

  • If an item doesn’t fit or isn’t suitable, you can return it immediately with the delivery agent by paying shipping fees only.

Return & Exchange After Delivery

  • Once the delivery agent has left, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order.

Exchange Policy

  • For any exchange or return request, new shipping fees will apply.

  • The refunded amount will be processed via Instapay or e-wallets within 14 working days after the agent receives the returned items.

Shipping fees will be deducted from the total returned amount.

بعد مغادرة المندوب، يمكن طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام

يتم تحويل قيمة القطع المُرجعة عبر إنستاباي أو المحافظ الإلكترونية خلال 14 يوم عمل بعد استلام المندوب للقطع المرتجعة, يتم خصم مصاريف الشحن من إجمالي سعر القطع المرتجعة
